I have an academic background in Software Engineering, which gave me a foundational understanding of technology, but my professional experience has been shaped through people—not code.

besides my field of study, I have always been motivated to find something that I am deeply passionate about and do it from the depths of my heart.

For over six years, I worked in the beauty industry in customer-facing roles, where I interacted closely with customers on a daily basis. Listening to their concerns, understanding their needs, and responding with empathy helped me realize how much I enjoy helping people and improving their experiences.

This direct exposure to users naturally led me to UX/UI design. I’m especially interested in user research—asking the right questions, observing behavior, and uncovering insights that inform thoughtful, human-centered design decisions.

Alongside my passion for art and visual expression, UX allows me to combine empathy, curiosity, and structured thinking to create intuitive and meaningful digital experiences.

I’m a collaborative team player, highly motivated to grow as a UX/UI designer, and eager to contribute to products that are grounded in real user needs.
