Thanks for stopping by and reading my journey,

I have an academic background in Software Engineering, which gave me a foundational understanding of technology, but my professional experience has been shaped through people—not code.

besides my field of study, I have always been motivated to find something that I am deeply passionate about and do it from the depths of my heart.

For over six years, I worked in the beauty industry in customer-facing roles, where I interacted closely with customers on a daily basis. Listening to their concerns, understanding their needs, and responding with empathy helped me realize how much I enjoy helping people and improving their experiences.

This direct exposure to users naturally led me to UX/UI design. I’m especially interested in user research—asking the right questions, observing behavior, and uncovering insights that inform thoughtful, human-centered design decisions.

Alongside my passion for art and visual expression, UX allows me to combine empathy, curiosity, and structured thinking to create intuitive and meaningful digital experiences.

I’m a collaborative team player, highly motivated to grow as a UX/UI designer, and eager to contribute to products that are grounded in real user needs.

What I Learned?

This project reinforced the importance of translating research insights into clear interface structures. Through usability testing and iteration, we discovered how small design adjustments—such as improving filters or clarifying scheduling interactions—can significantly impact user confidence and decision-making.
The experience also highlighted the value of designing for simplicity when users are navigating complex choices.

Next Steps

While this project focused on improving the learner experience, the next step would be to explore the teacher-side experience of the platform.
Future work could include designing tools that help instructors create profiles, manage their classes, schedule sessions, and communicate with students more efficiently.
